I hope everyone is keeping warm and is safe in this blizzard! Sunday is a great day to prepare for the upcoming week. Be sure to take a break from your “Netflix and Chill” binge and think about what are the things you want to accomplish this week. Reflect on the past week. Did you eat enough fruits and vegetables? Did you drink enough water? Did you eat anything that you felt guilty about later? How can you turn that guilty snack into a healthier one?
Tomorrow I will be restarting Meatless Mondays. On Mondays I try my absolute best to not eat meat (including poultry and fish) and get my protein from plant-based sources.
