Guess who’s back!?!?!?!


Yes, after a long hiatus we are finally back and I must say with a bang! You might have been wondering, “Where has she been? Is she still blogging?” Trust me although I have not been putting up posts I’ve been working hard on improving the site so you all can have a better Salut experience.

So what have I been up to since my hiatus? Here’s a recap:


1.SalutN retreat:
So when I originally took the break from writing blog posts, my plan was to go on a weekend long retreat and come back refreshed and ready to go. After much thought and deep pondering I decided that a weekend long retreat was not enough. So I’ve been spending the past couple of months working on the brand and really trying to figure out exactly what is it that I want to do with SalutN.

As always, life can get pretty hectic. In 2015, I managed to find my first full-time position in my career, graduate with my Masters (Cum Laude), and survive my first year as a Registered Dietitian.

Although I am a New York City girl, I think my heart will always be with Paris. This year I was able to return to my secret lover (Paris) for a week. During my time abroad I was inspired and the experience gave me more fuel for SalutNutrition.

During this break, I’ve been watching cooking classes, reading books, taking branding classes, and a lot of other courses to make me a better blogger.


And as I’ve mentioned before life happens.

One of the biggest changes I made with SalutNutrition is the site theme and layout. If you are a returner I hope you like the change! If you are a newbie, welcome to the family! During the transition to the new format some of my older posts got lost. I will be slowly but surely adding them up onto the site again.

So I can go on and on about what to expect this new year but I’d rather show you. So stay tuned for a new year!
