The moment we’ve all been waiting for is finally almost here! As much as I enjoy the camaraderie of watching football games, I can’t wait to have my boyfriend back! My bf and his friends have this Superbowl tradition. They travel to the ends of middle earth (Astoria, Queens) to a place called Sal, Chris, and Charlie’s Deli. They make all these plans on who’s going to get the sandwiches and what not. Apparently people travel from all over to get these massive sandwiches. The lines are epic.
I have this guacamole recipe that I like to do to add a little healthy snack to compliment all the meat that my boyfriend and his friends are about to eat.

Instructions
  1. 1. Dice onions and tomatoes. Chop cilantro.
  2. 2. Cut avocados in half and remove the pitt.
  3. 3. Remove avocado peel (skin) and put the avocados in a bowl.
  4. 4. Lightly mash the avocados with a fork.
  5. 5. Add onions, tomatoes, cilantro, blueberries salt and pepper.
  6. 5. Lightly toss. Enjoy with some tortilla chips or sweet potato chips!
Recipe Notes

Prep/cook time depends on how good your knife skills are.
If you are making this in advance (say before your guest come) leave the avocado pit inside of the guacamole to help prevent it from turning looking brownish.
