Hi Everyone!

March is finally here! This month is a big one for us Registered Dietitians! Why? Because it’s  NATIONAL NUTRITION MONTH!!!  Holla!  (Can you feel my excitement?)

The theme this year is Put York Best Fork Forward. I’m a little on the fence with this theme because not every culture uses forks but I’m not going to dive into the diversity problem in the dietetics world. (I’ll save that for another day).

This month I’ll be focusing on the different ways we can try our best to push ourselves forward to reach our nutrition and wellness goals. We have a lot going on and I can’t wait to share. So without further adieu here are the monthly and daily food/culture holidays and celebrations.
