Do you and your family have any holiday food traditions?
In my family, when the new year hits we have an orange. If the orange is sweet so will be our year. If it’s sour so will be the year. (I usually add honey or a little bit of sugar to my orange if it isn’t sweet!)My partner’s family eat 12 grapes at the stroke of midnight on New Years and with each grape you make a wish for the new year.
Is there a food celebration that you’ve never heard of before today but are excited to celebrate?
(I’m looking forward to attempting to make homemade eggnog.)
Are you anxious about the holiday celebrations and staying healthy?

Until next time,
