Did you know that coffee is known to have antioxidants, which can help your body fight against cancer?

Although I love Starbucks, skip the mocha latte and opt for a small coffee with no sugar and milk for a low-calorie beverage. Or try to use low-fat milk or almond milk for extra flavor.

However, too much coffee can be a bad thing. Drinking too much coffee can cause you to have insomnia, upset stomach, restlessness, and even irregular heartbeats.

Just remember everything in moderation!

  1. I LOVE coffee! My favorite is iced Americanos or iced regular brew. With the occasional Iced White Peppermint Mocha when the holidays are here!
