I’m hungry! Not hungry for food but hungry for knowledge! Like the quote above mentions my mind is growling ravenously! This week marks the six month anniversary since starting SalutNutrition. I must say that I’m happy that I’m finally sticking with it, but I know this can be so much better!

Yesterday’s Wellness Wednesday focus was the mind. So in between writing papers for my two grad classes I took time out to think about SalutNutrition’s first six months and what I can do to make the next six months even better. I’ve been reading articles, posts, and even books about blogging and food photography. I’ve taken an honest look at my site and come to the conclusion that it can definitely be waaayyy better!

Because I’ve been taking grad classes on top of working and my attention has been split in a million different directions. Even though I have a lot of great ideas I’ve been having challenges actually executing them the way that I want.
So while I’m taking my 4 week summer classes for my masters I’m also going to take some time to make some updates to the site. After that is done I’m going to put myself on a SalutN retreat, so I can relax, release, relate, and refresh.
