Hello February!! Or as they say in the language of love… Bonjour!!!! January went by in a flash! Although it was a bit shaky at times we still had a some great times this month. Today marks the last day of my personal 14-day yoga challenge. (Check out my instagramΒ to see more about it.)Β Last night I went to a reception honoring 40 Stony Brook University Alumni under 40 doing commendable things in their field. I was nominated. Even though I didn’t get chosen to be an honoree I am still honored to have been nominated. The event was beautiful and I feel inspired and super pumped to put all of my SulutNutrition ideas into fruition!
